We began in 1984 as a customer-centered business, based on a passion for music and the way it benefits people. What thrills us the most is helping new musicians discover, and dormant musicians re-discover the benefits of music. Our commitment to customers is as strong today as it was then. Serving the music making community with competitive prices and the best service possible was, and is, our mission statement.
But just selling something for a lower price than everyone else is not alone sufficient in our rapidly changing economy. Product knowledge, service, and customer relations are key elements for a strong client base, especially when we face competition from impersonal Internet retailers. We offer free consultation in many cases, especially to churches, schools and institutions. We offer quality lessons for all stringed instruments.
Our employees are all accomplished musicians, with combined musical experience of well over 100 years! We also have low employee turnover . . . some of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, most unusual in the music industry.
